I have been a licensed Real Estate agent at North Lake
Tahoe since 1977 and a Broker since 1981. I was a co-owner and the designated
Realtor for Coldwell Banker Hauserman Real Estate from 1986. The company became
Coldwell Banker Northern California in 2001. Now, I am a very experienced and
professional agent concentrating full effort on serving your real estate needs.

I grew up here, love the area and have been exposed to real estate nearly all
my life since both my parents were active brokers in the area from 1965 - 1986.
When it comes to real estate - I know it, I live and breath it and I insist on
high standards of honesty, integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
